The payment of any deposit for the rental rate shall be taken as confirmation of acceptance of the following conditions.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and enclosed areas. Please use the designated areas on the various terraces and roof top. In the case of non-compliance with the rule or fire damage, the guest is fully liable. The cost for a special cleaning is 10.000 THB per room. They must also reimburse any costs for non-usability of the space.
Aircon/Electric: As indicated in the rates part, villa rental rates do not include the electric charge. You will be given a meter reading on arrival and checkout and the total amount used will be charged at a rate of 5 baht per KW. In order to be conservative with your electric use, please only use the air conditioner when you are in the room and the doors and windows are all closed. Running the air-conditioning excessively is bad for the environment. Each room has a ceiling fan as a more eco-friendly and economic option.
Villa Safety: Please note that The Green Villa is a very large villa with many stairs and heights. Care is required to ensure your safety during your stay. Please supervise your children throughout the villa. Excessive alcohol consumption puts you and the lives of your fellow travelers in danger. Please exercise moderation, especially while using the swimming pool. Climbing or playing in the trough along the infinity edge of the pool is strictly prohibited. Glassware is not permitted on the pool level or in the pool and the pool bar. Please use only plastic glasses provided.
Loud Music / External Movie Theater : We want you to enjoy your stay but please keep in mind that this is a residential area and therefore the playing of loud music outside is prohibited after 11pm.
Check in/out: Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and check out by 10 AM. Early check ins or late check outs will be granted provided that we don’t have another booking checking out or arriving on the same day. The Green Villa is very large and takes several hours to clean so please understand if we are unable to grant your request. Our live-in staff will greet you on arrival and give you a house tour, including a reading of the electric meter. The Client is responsible for informing the correct arrival details (flight number) as an airport transfer is part of the Green Villa service.
