« During our Thailand journey we stayed for one week in this Villa and we loved it. The villa is absolutely stunning, very spacious and especially the open layout is nice as you can enjoy wonderful views from every corner. The uninterrupted sea view is fantastic. I think there is no hotel in whole Koh Samui offering such amazing views. If it is a sunny day you can even see islands far away in the ocean. We already miss these views. Also the service was very good. The breakfast was delicious and you can communicate your preferences. A big thank you to Julie at this point as she was able to answer all our questions and always available to help with any inquiry, no matter what we needed. Also I recommend to ask for a private dinner at the villa. We did it during our last evening and the local Thai food we requested for our dinner was fantastic. The only thing I would recommend Julie is to provide a Nespresso coffee machine for future guests ;) A big thank you from Austria! It was amazing! »

« Julie and her team of angel helpers were amazing. The kids adored them so much they didn’t want to leave. The spacious villa looked exactly like the photos. The rooms were comfy enough and the living area is where we hung out daily while the kids dip in the pool. Julie has been very helpful and accommodating - arranging transportation, groceries, massages, dinner bookings and she even cooked for us multiple times during our stay. Needless to say the home-cooked noodles and rice soup were well received by my elderly parents and kids. The live-in helpers bonded so well with my kids they even requested for one of the aunties to sleep in the kids’ room with them. I’m really grateful to Julie for all her help during our short stay. Looking forward to going back to Samui again. »

The volumes are incredible and the elegant decoration makes the atmosphere very warm at the same time. We can't get enough of the incredible view over the pool and the bay! « We spent 9 nights in the villa for five people. The house is very comfortable. The mattresses are hard, but for us ok. Julie was very friendly and helpful. The cleaning lady is in the building. The pool and view were just fantastic. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, it's not far from Nathon and the beach. The kitchen is well equipped. The Master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a large bathroom. Next to the kitchen is a smaller bedroom. From the pool terrace, you can reach another beautiful bedroom. The other bedrooms are in the basement. We didn't take advantage of the gym, as there is water damage on the ceiling and water is running on the floor. We simply exercised on the beautiful roof terrace. There were plenty of exercise mats. We had a good cooking class in the house, which Julie organized and twice a great dinner. The wifi is a bit weak. We had a great time and will be back again! »

« We spent a heavenly holiday in this house for 10 days. We were three couples of friends with a total of 6 children (8 months to 5 years). Everything was exceptional! Each of the bedrooms had a large bathroom, a terrace and a breathtaking view over the turquoise sea. The central middle floor was the perfect place to relax and spend time together, whether around the stunning swimming pool, in the huge, tastefully decorated living room, or around the large outdoor table. Julie acted like a good fairy, providing us each day with a new opportunity to explore Koh Samui. She knew how to listen to us and adapt to our family and festive wishes. We also had a chef for each of our meals, which enabled us to discover Thai gastronomy and also to free ourselves from all the housekeeping. « Truly - where should I start? This is more than a villa - it’s an experience. The Green Villa is exactly as described/pictured. It’s a new, modern, spacious, clean, private, and stylish villa that meets every expectation. The photos/videos truly don’t do it justice. Julie is, by far, the best house manager we’ve encountered in our travels around the world. She is not only extremely responsive and kind, but she is proactive, offering ideas for excursions, food options, in-villa dining, massages, etc. One evening, we desired to get into a popular restaurant in Fisherman’s Village, which books out several days, and she was able to get our party of 6 in! I’d be remiss not to mention Prang, the house helper. Prang works hard to keep the house tidy, and we so greatly appreciated her presence. She also made breakfast daily (highly recommend!) and dinner a couple of nights as well. If you see Big Boss & Fluffy, the adorable stray dogs that live nearby, give them a hug from us! »
